Finding Us

Our Surry Hills location is easily accessible by public transport. Central Station is a 10-minute walk, and multiple bus routes stop within a block of our shop.

If you are driving, metered street parking is available along Crown Street and surrounding streets. The closest paid parking facility is the Surry Hills Shopping Village car park on Baptist Street.

Look for our distinctive black and gold signage above the entrance. We are next door to the corner cafe and directly across from the small park.

Appointment Information

While we gladly accept walk-ins when availability allows, we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekends and evenings.

To book an appointment, please submit a request through our services page or contact us via email. We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.

First Time Visiting?

We recommend arriving five to ten minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to settle in, discuss your preferences with your barber, and ensure we can start on time.

If you are uncertain about which service suits your needs, we are happy to advise. Just let us know what you are looking to achieve, and we will recommend the appropriate service.

All our services include a consultation, so there is no need to arrive with a detailed plan. Bring reference photos if you like, or simply describe your vision and we will take it from there.

Do I need to wash my hair before coming in?

No, our services include a wash. Come as you are and we will take care of the rest.

How long should I expect my appointment to take?

A standard haircut takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Beard services add around 20 minutes. Our Executive Package runs about 75 minutes. We never rush, so please allow a bit of buffer time.

Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash. Contactless payment is available.

Can I request a specific barber?

Absolutely. Let us know when booking if you have a preference, and we will do our best to accommodate.
